Do I have to pay if I don't like the preview?
No. We build your website before you pay anything. If it isn't right for you, you don't owe us a penny.
What does the £19.99 a month cover?
It keeps your website online and running smoothly: hosting, security updates, keeping everything working, and support if something goes wrong.
How much do changes cost?
Changes after launch cost up to £200 each, depending on how big they are. We'll always tell you the price first, and nothing is done until you've agreed to it.
Do I need my own web address?
We'll help you choose and set one up, like yourbusiness.co.uk. It's registered in your name so you always own it. Registration is usually around £10 a year, paid directly to the registrar.
Will it work on mobile phones?
Yes. Most customers will find you on their phone, so every site we build is designed to work perfectly on phones first.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. If your current site is outdated or isn't bringing in work, we'll build you a free preview of a new one so you can compare.
